Changes, Fixes, and Improvements

• Implemented some mitigations to prevent situations where users may not be visible in an instance until you hide/show or mute/unmute someone else
• Fixed an issue where the in-app "Clear Downloaded Content Cache" button would not clear cache
• Fixed an issue where users would see a "None" error message upon world change
• Improvements to some unneeded API requests that were being sent
