Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Avatar layers were not properly set in some scenarios
  • This allowed avatars to collide with you and push you around, so if you've experienced that lately, this fixes that issue!
• Fixed an issue that prevented loading of some avatars rigged as Generic

Creators

• String loading is now limited to 100 MB maximum size
• String and Image loading queues are limited to 1000 entries
• String and Image loading queues are now properly cleared when leaving an instance
