• Fixed Other section on QM notifications tab not being populated. This fixes votekicks!
• Fixed issues with loading into VRChat and/or loading content for users with a lot of mutes/blocks
• Fixed issue where enabling OSC would cause your avatar to reload many times
• Fixed issue where VRChat could get stuck on a black screen when resuming from being suspended. This mainly applies to the Quest!
• Fixed public bans affecting all instance types
