Improvements

Improved audio sliders to affect perceived loudness linearly instead of logarithmically - this is the most correct middle-ground between how sliders used to work and how we changed them last update. This should fix audio sliders being too loud at low volumes, and still make the whole range of the slider useful.

Fixed avatar favorite groups sometimes appearing empty (including VRC+ ones)
Fixed Animator Tracking Control components not working for hands when using Index controllers
