Changes, Fixes, and Improvements

• Fixed an issue causing PhysBones to jitter or vibrate a lot if you had isAnimated enabled and actively animated the PhysBone
• Fixed an issue where searching for worlds by tag would return results sorted in the wrong order
• Fixed an issue where portals would be destroyed when dropped by a user that someone else had blocked
• Fixed an issue where the animator layer weights weren't synced to mirror clones correctly
• Fixed issue when using Push To Talk settings where opening or closing your Quick Menu would set the microphone to Mute
